Astrid van de Pas began to practice Tai Chi Chuan in 1992. This stimulated her interest in working with energy and with Eastern methods of natural healing. In 2002 she received her diploma from the Zen Shiatsu school in Amsterdam.
Her company - Juniper Massage - offers shiatsu, chair massage and tai chi chuan at various locations (within companies, at events etc). It is also possible for individuals to undergo shiatsu or chair massage treatments at her private practice.
